ZorveX Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting ZorveX to your Discord server, using any of its commands, or accessing any ZorveX-related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are inviting ZorveX on behalf of a server, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that server and its members.

These Terms apply alongside Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ZorveX, as required by Discord's Terms of Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

Servers that violate Discord's Community Guidelines are not eligible to use ZorveX. We reserve the right to refuse service to any server or user at our discretion.

3. Permitted Use

ZorveX may be used for:

• Legitimate Discord server moderation and management
• Server security hardening and antinuke protection
• Automated moderation aligned with your server's community guidelines
• Engagement features such as giveaways, reaction roles, and welcome messages
• Utility functions including embeds, polls, tickets, and analytics
• AI-assisted content analysis and moderation support

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use ZorveX to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other Discord users
• Mass-ban, mass-kick, or otherwise misuse moderation features against legitimate members
• Circumvent, exploit, or abuse ZorveX's antinuke or automod systems
• Use ZorveX commands to attack, raid, or harm other Discord servers
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or abuse the bot's data or APIs
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to clone ZorveX's functionality
• Use ZorveX in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Use ZorveX for illegal activities of any kind
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ZorveX's infrastructure
• Run automated scripts to flood ZorveX with commands (command flooding/DDoS)
• Use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or hateful content
• Impersonate ZorveX or ZorveX Development staff

5. Bot Permissions

ZorveX requests Administrator permissions to function at full capacity, particularly for AntiNuke protection. By granting Administrator:

• You authorize ZorveX to perform moderation actions in your server as configured
• You acknowledge ZorveX may remove permissions, ban users, or lock channels in response to detected attacks
• You accept responsibility for correctly configuring whitelists and thresholds

Misconfigured settings that result in false positive bans or actions are the responsibility of the server administrator, not ZorveX Development. Always test configurations in a staging environment and properly configure whitelists before activating antinuke in production.

6. Premium Terms

6.1 Payment

Premium subscriptions are processed through designated payment methods as communicated in the support server. All prices are stated in USD unless otherwise noted.

6.2 Refund Policy

All premium purchases are non-refundable once activated, except:

• A documented technical failure that prevented access within 48 hours of purchase
• Duplicate accidental charges

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase with supporting evidence via the support server.

6.3 Premium Access Revocation

Premium access may be revoked without refund for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith
• Abuse of premium features beyond intended use

6.4 Subscription Changes

Premium pricing and features may change. Existing subscribers will receive 14 days notice before any price increase takes effect.

7. Service Availability

ZorveX is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we target 99.9% uptime:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Planned maintenance will be announced in the support server in advance
• Discord API outages are outside our control and may affect bot availability
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Blacklist any user or server from ZorveX without notice for ToS violations
• Terminate or suspend access to specific features at any time
• Discontinue ZorveX entirely (with reasonable notice where possible)

You may terminate your use of ZorveX at any time by kicking the bot from your server.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZorveX Development and Nabarup Chanda shall not be liable for:

• Data loss resulting from service interruptions
• Actions taken by ZorveX in response to detected security threats (including false positives)
• Third-party service failures (Discord API, etc.)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ZorveX

Your use of ZorveX is at your own risk. The bot is a tool — server administrators are responsible for its configuration and the moderation decisions made based on its output.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the ZorveX Support Server with at least 7 days notice. Continued use of ZorveX after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Discord Terms of Service

ZorveX operates within the Discord platform and is subject to Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Users and server owners are individually responsible for complying with Discord's Terms. ZorveX may not be used to facilitate violations of Discord's platform rules.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of ZorveX shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation via the support server before any escalation.
